MAKES: 4 cups of pecans READY IN: 30-35 minutes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups pecan halves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add other ingredients and mix to coat nuts well. Spread in single layer on jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. When cool, store in airtight container until ready to serve.
